Delivery Process

At Chemlabs Europa, we prioritize the safe and secure delivery of your research chemicals. All products are shipped in odor-free bags/plain envelopes/boxes, sealed twice with durable odor-free bags and then secured with tape to ensure no odor can be detected. Orders received before 5pm are dispatched the same day, and we take every measure to minimize the risk of loss during transit, with over 99% of packages successfully delivered. In the rare event of a lost shipment, our team will investigate and track the package for you. If your order doesn’t arrive within 14 days, please contact us, and we’ll work diligently to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your product is not received within 8 days, reach out to us, and we’ll investigate and resolve the case to your satisfaction.

Payment Process

At Chemlabs Europa, we offer secure and flexible payment options tailored to your needs. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USD for all orders, ensuring fast and anonymous transactions. For orders above €1000, bank transfers via SEPA are also available—please note these are processed manually. For urgent bank transfer requests, simply press the WhatsApp icon at the bottom left of the site to contact us directly. Due to the nature of our products, credit or debit card payments are not currently supported.

Payment Process with Exodus

For a seamless Bitcoin purchase, we recommend using Exodus (exodus.com), a user-friendly wallet that doesn’t require account creation or cause delays. Follow these steps:

Download and Install Exodus: Visit exodus.com and download the Exodus wallet for your device (available for desktop, mobile, or browser).
Set Up Your Wallet: Open Exodus, create a new wallet, and securely note your recovery phrase. No account or personal details are needed.
Buy Bitcoin: Go to the “Buy Crypto” section in Exodus, select Bitcoin, and choose a payment method (e.g., bank card or other supported options). Follow the prompts to purchase.
Send Bitcoin to Us: Copy your Exodus wallet address, then use it to send the exact amount (in BTC) to the wallet address provided at checkout. Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt.

Step 3: Buying Bitcoin

a) On the Buy tab, b) select the crypto you want to buy.
Choose a) a payment method and b) a third-party fiat API provider (if available). Then, c) tap Continue.
Step 4: Sending Bitcoin
How do I send Bitcoin and crypto from Exodus?
In Exodus Mobile, a) tap the Wallet icon, then b) swipe down to find the asset you want to send and tap on it.
Tap the Send button on the left side of your wallet.
a) Tap the switch icon to choose between entering the amount in fiat or crypto. b) Enter the amount you would like to send.
Tap Continue.
a) Tap to paste the destination address, or b) use the QR scanner to scan the destination address QR code.
Tap Got it to confirm that you understand that transactions
Review the transaction details. If everything looks good, slide the arrow to the right to send your crypto.
